Dr. Khosro Azizi, Deputy of the Research and Technology Week Headquarters of Lorestan, at the opening ceremony of the 20th Exhibition of Research, Technology, and Technology Market Achievements of Lorestan Province, and in a gathering of reporters, said: "The purpose of holding this exhibition is to strengthen the connection between researchers, researchers, and academics with the general public in order to promote applied research to address challenges and problems".

The President of Lorestan University explained: "In this exhibition, the executive and private sectors of the province will present their achievements in the fields of research, technology, and technology market".

Dr. Azizi stated: "Research, technology, and technology market achievements should be used to address the challenges and problems of the province".

He added: "The main slogan of development should be the transformation of ideas into technology and the transformation of technology into wealth, and science serves development that creates wealth; because wealth creation automatically leads to the creation and prosperity of employment".

The Deputy of the Research and Technology Week Headquarters of Lorestan Province invited all students, researchers, students, and knowledge-based companies of the province to visit this exhibition.

Dr. Khosro Azizi said: "During this week, the top researchers and technologists of Lorestan province will be honored at Lorestan University and at the closing ceremony".

The President of Lorestan University explained: "With the help of the Management and Planning Organization of the province, specialized workshops will be held in this exhibition, which are appropriate for regional and provincial challenges and problems".

Dr. Azizi said: "One of the innovations in this year's exhibition is the holding of meetings with the presence of executive managers and the private sector jointly with the presence of students, researchers, and researchers so that executive managers and the private sector of the province can explain their problems and a specialized discussion and conversation about the problems can take place".

He explained: "Also, in cooperation with the General Department of Technical and Vocational Education and the Technical and Vocational University of the province, specialized skill-building workshops will be held for students and enthusiasts".

The President of Lorestan University, about the quality level of the exhibition, stated: "Certainly, the quality level of the exhibition has increased compared to last year; some of the achievements presented in this year's exhibition are new achievements".

Dr. Khosro Azizi explained the most important challenge in this field: "The achievements that are presented must be commercialized, and this section, i.e., the commercialization of achievements, is the most important challenge; unfortunately, a small percentage of the achievements presented have reached the commercialization stage, and this challenge is not only solved by the government, but commercialization must be done with the help of an investor, which, of course, the product must be able to compete with the foreign counterpart".

It is worth mentioning that on Sunday, December 8, with the presence of Qasem Valizadeh, Deputy of Management Development and Human Resources of the Governor of Lorestan, Dr. Khosro Azizi, President of Lorestan University, Dr. Mahmoudreza Shakerami, President of Lorestan Science and Technology Park, and some other managers of the province, the 20th Exhibition of Research, Technology, and Technology Market Achievements of Lorestan Province was opened in the Imam Ali (AS) sports hall of Lorestan University.

The 20th Exhibition of Research, Technology, and Technology Market Achievements of Lorestan has been set up with nearly 50 booths.

The Deputy of Management Development and Resources of the Governor of Lorestan, the President of Lorestan University, and the accompanying delegation visited the booths of this exhibition and talked with the officials of the booths.

In Lorestan province, Research and Technology Week has been selected from December 7 to 12.
