The text of the message from the President of Lorestan University: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful The arrival of the Sacred Defense Week commemorates the sacrifices and selflessness of the martyr-loving and Velayat-oriented Iranian Islamic nation for striving, sacrifice, and resistance in the path of defending religion, the Islamic Revolution, the sacred system of the Islamic Republic, and the Islamic homeland. The culture of sacrifice, martyrdom, resistance, and striving in the path of God has always been the cause of pride and authority for Islamic Iran in the world. It is our duty to always honor the memory of the esteemed martyrs, veterans, freedmen, and sacrificers and to be true followers of the martyrs. The culture of sacrifice, martyrdom, resistance, and striving must be strengthened in society, and especially for the young generation and students, this culture should be promoted and expanded more than ever. I congratulate the arrival of the Sacred Defense Week, especially to the esteemed families of the martyrs, including the student, professor, and staff martyrs of the Lorestan province's university community, and I hope that under the shadow of the security and authority of today's Islamic Iran, which is due to the sacrifices and struggles of the martyrs, the scientific, research, and investigative achievements of the province's university community will expand more than in the past, and we will witness transformation in all areas for comprehensive progress.
