Emphasis by the President of Lorestan University on the Continued Pursuit of Compiling the Encyclopedia of the Sacred Defense of Lorestan Province

The President of Lorestan University emphasized further efforts to approve the necessary credits for the preparation of the Encyclopedia of Holy Defense of Lorestan Province.

On Monday morning, July 22, a meeting of the Education, Research, and Documents Committee of the Holy Defense of Lorestan Province was held at the office of the President of Lorestan University, chaired by Dr. Khosro Azizi.

In this meeting, Colonel Hojjatollah Naserpour, the General Director of the Foundation for the Preservation of the Works and Publication of the Values ​​of the Holy Defense of Lorestan Province, and other members of the committee were present.

Dr. Khosro Azizi, the President of Lorestan University, emphasized the further promotion of the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom in society, especially among young people and students.

Dr. Azizi stated: "All university institutions of the province, the elites and thinkers of the province, and all institutions should actively participate in the preparation of the Encyclopedia of Holy Defense of Lorestan Province based on a cohesive team work."

He explained: "Preparing the Encyclopedia of Holy Defense of Lorestan Province is a necessity and a great work, and this encyclopedia should be prepared in a way that befits the martyrs, the self-sacrificing, and the veterans."

The President of Lorestan University explained: "Lorestan province has offered more than six thousand martyrs to the Islamic Revolution and the sacred system of the Islamic Republic, and this is our honor."

He stated: "The Encyclopedia of Holy Defense of Lorestan Province should be prepared with a cohesive scientific and strong group work."

Dr. Khosro Azizi added: "Works such as summarizing and converting the summaries into audio files will also be done under the Encyclopedia of Holy Defense of Lorestan Province."

He explained: "In order to finally approve the necessary credits for the preparation of the Encyclopedia of Holy Defense of Lorestan Province, the plan should be presented in the working group of education, research, technology and innovation of Lorestan Province, and finally, with the cooperation of each other, we can get the necessary credits in the Planning and Development Council of the Province and the Holy Defense Council of the Province, to be finally approved."

The President of Lorestan University stated: "In preparing the Encyclopedia of Holy Defense of Lorestan Province, all the capacities and scientific potentials of the university community of the province should be used."

Dr. Azizi explained: "In order to promote the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom, 12 student theses have been prepared in master's and doctoral degrees at Lorestan University on topics related to the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom."

The President of Lorestan University stated: "The type of view and approach of the respected governor of the province, Mr. Dr. Khademi, is also fully supportive for the preparation of the Encyclopedia of Holy Defense of Lorestan Province."

Colonel Hojjatollah Naserpour, the General Director of the Foundation for the Preservation of the Works and Publication of the Values ​​of the Holy Defense of Lorestan Province, also appreciated the cooperation and follow-up of the President of Lorestan University in promoting the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom in this meeting.

Colonel Naserpour stated: "Everyone should try and come to work more than before so that the Encyclopedia of Holy Defense of Lorestan Province is prepared."

He explained: "The Encyclopedia of Holy Defense of Lorestan Province is, in fact, a demonstration of the bravery of the people of Lorestan Province."

Colonel Naserpour added: "Everyone, including the media, should make extra efforts to promote and transmit the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom and reflect the sacrifices of the Holy Defense fighters to the young generation."

Other members of the Education, Research, and Documents Committee of the Holy Defense of Lorestan Province also presented their views and comments in this meeting in order to prepare the Encyclopedia of Holy Defense of Lorestan Province.
