Message from the President of Lorestan University on the Occasion of the Anniversary of the 22nd of Bahman

Dr. Khosro Azizi, President of Lorestan University, in a message, congratulated the arrival of the Day of Allah, February 22, the anniversary of the glorious victory of the Islamic Revolution.

The text of the message from the President of Lorestan University:

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The Day of Allah, February 22, was a historical turning point in the contemporary world for the new Islamic civilization.

The people of Islamic Iran, under the leadership of Imam Khomeini (RA), fought for years against the dictatorial regime affiliated with the system of domination, and finally, these struggles and valor, on February 22, 1979, led to the occurrence of the glorious Islamic Revolution of Iran and the establishment of the religious democracy (Islamic Republic) in the country.

A system that, under the shadow of the supreme authority of the Jurisprudent, shines day by day in various global arenas and is recognized as a religious democracy independent of the West and the East.

Here, it is necessary to honor the memory of all the martyrs, as all the achievements of today's sacred Islamic Republic of Iran are due to their self-sacrifice.

The university community, in this path, both in the pre-Islamic Revolution era, which was comprehensively present on the scene of the struggle against the Taghut regime, and in various arenas of the post-Islamic Revolution era, has played an influential role in achieving the scientific, research, and scholarly achievements of the country, in accordance with the macro policies of the system. 

I congratulate the arrival of the Day of Allah, February 22, to the brave and martyr-loving nation of Islamic Iran, especially the university members of Lorestan province.
