Human resources are among the most important and valuable assets of the university, and efforts to provide a safe and peaceful environment for their scientific and ethical growth and advancement will be possible and feasible through adherence to the law, having informational oversight, supervision, prediction, prevention, authority, and prudence. Protecting employees (personnel) is another pillar of the university's security, aimed at achieving this important goal.
Job Description:
1- Preventing the infiltration and conspiracy of foreign agents, both internal and external, into the organization.
2- Providing educational services and orienting personnel in the direction of personnel protection.
3- Providing opinions on the transfer and change of geographical location of service for employees of the institution.
4- Identifying factors that create dissatisfaction among the public and employees of the institution.
5- Determining the eligibility of personnel to access classified locations.
6- Determining the eligibility of personnel for appointment to sensitive positions.
7- Determining the eligibility of personnel for missions abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishing or completing personnel files of faculty members and employees and updating personnel files or addressing deficiencies
- Maintaining classified documents and supervising their proper implementation
- Following up on the process of issuing identification cards and observing necessary measures to prevent any misuse and forgery
- Assessing the eligibility and providing opinions for the assumption and appointment of individuals in sensitive positions based on the guidelines announced by the competent authorities and reflecting the inquiry response to the relevant unit
- Identifying violations, their contexts, and mechanisms for submission to relevant authorities
- Collecting and disseminating news (political, economic, cultural, social, etc.) and reflecting them to management
- Collecting news and received reports and providing information services regarding the factors causing dissatisfaction to the relevant authorities
